IMPORTANT: Once an item has been "purchased" no refunds or cancellations will be issued. There are also no exchanges offered for any of of our handmade shirts. At Paislee's Closet each item is either handmade (made to order) or ordered specifically for you from our supplier (shoes, bags, jeans etc) so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. If there is a defect with your item please let us know and we will be glad to replace it (see below).
**Shipping - Processing time is approximately between 15-20 Business Days for your item(s) to be shipped. Some items may take longer to ship due to supplier delays. We are continuously working hard to ship items faster.

SALES & RETURNS:
- Processing time is approximately between 15-20 Business Days for your item(s) to be shipped (regardless of shipping option selected)
- As soon as your items are in possession of USPS, shipping time is in their hands. Contact your local post office with any questions.
- We do not price match
- You the buyer are responsible for ordering the correct amount of items as well as the correct type, size and color. We will not be responsible if you order the wrong color, size or item type.
- Paislee's Closet, LLC has the right to refuse service and orders.
- Defective Items and Incorrect Items Received: must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and claimed defective within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered) or defect becomes considered wear & tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep.
- Clothing color may have a slightly different color then pictured due to lighting.
- Shirt photo/design may be slightly different as each item is handmade so each item will vary slightly.
Please refer to our size chart for ANY and ALL sizing concerns.
Processing time is approximately between 10-15 Business Days for your item(s) to be shipped. (When ordering items that need to be bleached, we are dependent on the weather. Rainy weather can delay production times slightly.)
*Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.
Lost/ Stolen Packages: Paislee's Closet, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office. If you live in an apartment building please check with your management office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received your package. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible. For other issues please contact your local post office.
MODIFICATION TO PRICES & ERRORS
- Prices of our products are subject to change, prices may change without any notification.
- At times we may have errors on descriptions, prices, & promotions. We have the right to cancel orders and/or change errors.
- Winners are required to be following Paislee's Closet on ALL social media platforms unless otherwise stated.
- Winners must be in contact with Paislee's Closet, LLC with in 72 hours of being announced or the winning is considered voided.
- Giveaway earnings must be used in one single transaction, multiple transactions may result in void of winnings.
- Giveaway winnings may not be combined with other discounts/promos
